This feature is only available on the DSM Enterprise plan.
If you're a DSM design system admin, you can password protect a design system. This allows you to securely share your system with those outside your organization.
To password protect a design system:
- Sign in to the DSM web view and open a design system.
- Click the Share button, and then click Settings.
Note: If you're using legacy DSM, click the Invite button, and then click Settings. - Toggle on Password Protected Link and enter a password.
- Click Save.
Now anyone who visits the design system link must enter your password (unless they're members of your DSM organization and you've already granted them access).
If you choose Public, your design system will be accessible to all visitors with the link, and they won't be required to sign in or enter a password. You cannot set a password for public libraries.
