To get you going with Freehand, we’ve developed an onboarding program that will help you through key pillars of the activation process. The program combines automated email, in-product guides, and on-demand content to help you learn and launch Freehand across your organization. For large-scale deployments, a Customer Success Manager will join the effort to help guide program adoption, improvement, and success over time.
