Article Summary

Firewall and antivirus settings can sometimes interfere with the performance of InVision products. For example, you may experience trouble syncing your files from Craft.

While you may not have configured any firewall or antivirus settings, Windows 10 has built-in protections that can affect InVision's performance.

To identify firewall or antivirus settings on your Windows computer:

  1. Click the Start button and navigate to the Control Panel desktop app. You can quickly find it by typing “control panel” in the search field.
  2. In the Control Panel window, click Security and Maintenance.
Note: You may find it easier to locate Security and Maintenance via the Small Icons view (shown in the following screenshot).
  3. On the Security and Maintenance page, expand the Security section by clicking the downward arrow.

This will reveal a list of any installed firewall or antivirus software.

Identifying these details may help you troubleshoot issues you're encountering with InVision's tools. If you continue to have issues, please contact InVision Support and include relevant screenshots of any installed firewall or antivirus software.
