Why am I seeing “There was a problem sending your invites” when trying to invite users to my account?

When trying to invite users to your team, you might get an error that states: There was a problem sending your invites. Please try again.
This issue may occur when you’re trying to invite users with pending invitations to the team.
To confirm if the users you’re trying to invite have already been invited to your InVision account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your InVision account:
your-team-name
.invisionapp.com - On the left sidebar, click the More menu (
) and select People.
- Go to the Invites tab.
- Search for the users you’re trying to invite using the Search tool (
).
To resend the invitation, click the More menu () to the right of each user's name and select Resend invite. To edit multiple invitations in bulk, click the checkbox to the left of each name and click Resend invites at the bottom of the page.
If the users you’re trying to invite don’t have any pending invites and you keep receiving the same error message, please get in touch with our Support team.
