You can invite others to collaborate with you on an InVision board at any time.

Adding collaborators to a board

To add a collaborator to a board:

  1. Sign in to your InVision V6 account.
  2. Navigate to the Documents page and open the board.
  3. Directly below the board title, click the + button.
  4. Check each person you want to invite.

    If the person is not already collaborating on other documents, you can invite them by entering their email address in the bottom field. If you're on an Enterprise plan, instead click the bottom link Invite new people to Company.

  5. Click Add Person.


Removing collaborators from a board

To remove a collaborator from your board:

  1. Sign in to your account and navigate to the Documents page. 
  2. Click the Boards tab. Click to open the desired board.
  3. Beneath the board title, click the + icon ().
  4. To remove a collaborator, click the checkmark next to their name.
  5. At the bottom of the pop-up modal, click Update.

    The collaborator should be successfully removed from the board.
