    Change your InVision plan

    With InVision V7, you can change your plan at any time. To learn more about the different plan types, check out this article: Freehand-only and V7 plans

    Upgrading your plan

    Note: You need to have owner permissions on your InVision V7 team to upgrade from the Free to the Pro plan.

    To upgrade your plan:

    1. Sign in to your InVision V7 account.
    2. At the top right of the homepage, click Upgrade Now.
    3. In the Pro column, click the Upgrade Now button.
    4. Enter your payment method and billing details. 
    5. If all the information looks correct, check the box that says I agree to InVision's Terms of Service and Fair Billing Policy.
    6. Click Purchase upgrade.

    Downgrading your plan

    If you are on a Pro plan, you can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. The downgrade will take place at the end of your current billing cycle. When the current billing cycle ends, you will lose access to paid features such as unlimited documents and spaces. 

    Note: If you are on an Enterprise plan and have questions about downgrading, reach out to your customer success manager.

    To downgrade your plan:

    1. Sign in to your InVision V7 account.
    2. In the lower-left corner, click your team name, and then click Billing.
    3. With the Overview tab selected, click Manage plan.
    4. Click Downgrade to the Free plan.
    5. Check the boxes to confirm you have read the information, and then click Downgrade.
    Warning: After you downgrade, you can only re-upgrade your plan after your current billing term is over and your plan is fully downgraded to the Free plan.

    V6 users

    This article covers ways to change from one InVision V6 consumer plan to another. 

    InVision V6 offers four consumer plans, and you can change your plan as needed:

    • Free
    • Starter
    • Professional
    • Team

    Upgrading your plan

    To upgrade your plan:

    1. Sign in to InVision.
    2. At the top right, click your name, and then click Upgrade Plan.
    3. Click your desired plan. 
    4. Enter your credit card information and click Upgrade My Plan.

    Downgrading to another paid plan

    To downgrade your InVision V6 plan to a different paid plan:

    1. Sign in to InVision.
    2. At the top-right, select your name, and thenselect View Profile.
    3. Navigate to the Billing tab.
    4. Select Cancel Plan.
    5. Select Downgrade Plan,select the drop-down just below that, and select the plan you want to switch to.
    6. Select Continue.
    7. Select Continue again.

      If on a Team plan, firstselect the box I'm aware that my team will be deleted at the end of the billing cycle.

    Downgrading to the Free plan (cancelling your paid plan)

    To downgrade your paid InVision V6 plan to the Free plan and cancel your subscription:

    1. Sign in to InVision.
    2. At the top-right,select your name, and thenselect View Profile.
    3. Navigate to the Billing tab.
    4. Select Cancel Plan.
    5. Select Cancel your InVision subscription.
    6. Select Continue.
    7. Select Continue again.

      If on a Team plan, firstselect the box I'm aware that my team will be deleted at the end of the billing cycle.

    8. Select a reason for canceling and enter any additional comments. Select Downgrade Your Plan.

      You may need to delete/archive prototypes to meet the 1 prototype limit of the Free plan.
