Export prototype comments in InVision V7

You can export all prototype comments or comments for select screens in CSV format.

This feature is available if you're a team member or higher on an InVision V7 Enterprise plan. Or, if you're not on an Enterprise plan, you are the owner of the specific prototype.

Exporting all comments

To export all comments from a single prototype:

1. Open the prototype.
2. Click the more icon •••, click Export prototype, and select Export comments (.csv).
3. Select the boxes next to the comment types and statuses you want to include, then click Download CSV.
4. Once the file has downloaded, click Go back to prototype.

Exporting comments from select screens

To export comments from select screens:

1. Open the prototype.
2. Select the screens you want to export comments from.
3. In the toolbar at the bottom, click the Export icon and select Export comments (.csv).
4. Select the boxes next to the comment types and statuses you want to include, then click Download CSV.
5. Once the file has downloaded, click Go back to prototype.
