Unable to upload image in Freehand

Hi, I'm unable to upload an image into Freehand. I use the add image image from the side menu, select a file and it looks as though the image has been included but the loading spinner persists and it looks as though it's never quite loaded. If I refresh the browser then the image has gone completely. Any ideas?
