Craft plug-in installed, still can't load from file from Photoshop

Hi, I installed the CraftInstaller-win.zip successfully. I've rebooted my entire computer multiple times, but the sync function isn't available. If I try to drag and drop the .psd file, I receive the message that the application doesn't accept the file type and I need to download the craft plugin.

I'm using Photoshop v 23.0. I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise.

Hi Jenny,

Thanks for reaching out via our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with syncing your project.

Just to clarify, are you attempting to sync the Photoshop file from within Photoshop using Craft Sync, or are you attempting to drag the file into the prototype in the web app in your browser?

Craft is intended to be used as a plugin within Photoshop, and requires that you sync the file from within Photoshop; this does not require dragging-or-dropping.

You can find further information and instructions on getting set up with Craft here:

If you've followed these steps and are still having trouble with syncing your project, please get back to us and let us know.

Thanks, Jenny!

Best,
Raynor

Hi Raynor,

I tried both - using Sync, and drag and drop, neither works. The install was completed successfully but nothing appears for Invision within Sync. I looked at the instructions from your site.
