Hello, I can access everything in invision except freehand on the network.

I only have the error :

Thanks for reaching out to via our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some difficulties accessing your Freehand, but I'll be happy to troubleshoot this with you. 

So that I can pass this on to our Support team, I'd like to gather some more information. 

  • Does this issue continue in a private/incognito window, or a different browser?
  • Could you please confirm your browser and OS details by going to www.whatsmybrowser.org, clicking the “Copy” button, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply?

This information will help us dig into this issue further. Looking forward to your reply!

Hello,

thx for your feedback.

Yes the issue appeared on both private and public window. On both Edge and Chrome.

My browser is Edge :

For the record the error I see is only displayed on my company laptop. We are running a private cloud setup on bddfdigital. instead of the usual invision cloud.

Our apologies you also have encountered this issue, thank you for sharing your browser details. Can you confirm the following:

  • Does this issue continue in a private/incognito window, or a different browser?

If this issue isn't seen in an incognito window or another browser, then likely clearing the cache and cookies on the affected browser should correct this issue.
