Images not loading

I have a board where I have been reviewing current designs for a project and since yesterday my images are just red and not loading. Please I need to fix this ASAP

Thanks for getting in touch via our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your images.

Just to clarify, is this an issue with a Board project, or a Freehand project? 

Also, I'd like to gather some more information so I can pass this on to our Support team for further troubleshooting:

  • If you're comfortable/able to share here, could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing this issue occurring?
  • Does this issue continue in a private/incognito window, or a different browser?
  • Could you please confirm your browser and OS details by going to, clicking the “Copy” button, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply?
