Are you supporting this product anymore?

Hi... I seem to have the most recent version installed on my Mac 1.28.2.  However, it the info screen says that this version was released almost a year ago.  Plus when I click on the App Store icon, it just pops up a blank window with a spinner.

Thanks for reaching out via our Community! 

I can confirm that 1.28.2 is the most up-to-date version of Studio at present. I recommend keeping an eye on our news and release notes pages for any updates: InVision News

However, if you're having trouble with the Studio App store, if you'd be able to provide some further details on this behavior, I'll be glad to pass this on to our Support team for troubleshooting:

  • Could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing the issue occurring and the blank window you've described?
  • Does the App Store load successfully if you connect to an alternate network (no VPN, firewalls, proxies, etc.), if available?
  • Which OS are you running?
     If on Mac, could you please send a screenshot of your "About This Mac" panel
    If on Windows, could you please send some screenshots of both the “Device specifications” and the “Windows specifications” sections on the “About” page
