Screens for prototypes are not loading (v7 account)

Hi!

I'm experiencing trouble with downloading screens (in png format of acceptable size) for my prototype. I have v7 free account. 

I saw a post, that similar sounding incident (Prototypes are not loading for V7 accounts) was issued and resolved on September the 15th of 2021. But I still cannot upoad any screens. As I attempt, sometimes I get a system's alert (in separate window), that "something went wrong and try again later", but mostly the system just shows screen icon in gray with a text "try again later". 

Please help resolve the issue.

Apologies for the delayed reply, but thanks for reaching out to our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your prototypes. 

So that I can pass this on to our Support team for further troubleshooting, I'd like to gather some more information on this. 

  • Just to clarify, is this related to Studio prototypes in particular, and is this an issue with uploading your project, or downloading screens from the published prototype?
  • If you're comfortable sharing here, could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing this issue occurring, especially of any error messages you might see?
  • Could you please confirm which version of Studio you're running, if applicable? 
  • Could you please confirm your browser and OS details by going to www.whatsmybrowser.org, clicking the “Copy” button, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply?
