Importing sketch file

When I've imported my sketch files into invision studio, some colors and symbols are deformed. 
For example: the login icon is existing as a component but it is half visible!
In addition the feature of copy - pasting the component from sketch does not work and results in app crashing.

Yes this happens — i found the only way to avoid this was to detach all symbols before opening in Studio — not what i should have to do really!!

Thank you so much Clare. As you mentioned it's not an appropriate way to design. We use design systems and libraries to speed up our design and then we should detach all of them and waste time.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some issues importing your Sketch files into Studio, but thanks for getting in touch via our Community.

With that said, if you're encountering issues beyond those described in that article, please feel free to provide some further information on so we can pass this on to our Support team for further investigation: 

  • If you're comfortable/able to share here, could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing the issue occurring, and of any error messages you encounter?
  • Which version of Studio are you running?
  • Which OS are you running?
     If on Mac, could you please send a screenshot of your "About This Mac" panel
    – 
    If on Windows, could you please send some screenshots of both the “Device specifications” and the “Windows specifications” sections on the “About” page?
