Upgrade from v6 to v7

Im wanting to upgrade from v6 to v7, I'm on a professional plan. I can't for the life of me find a way of requesting an upgrade.

Thanks for getting in touch via our community and your interest in our Cloud V7 environment!

It's isn't possible to convert your existing V6 account and Professional plan to our V7 at present. We’re still gathering feedback on Cloud V7 and rolling it out in phases to ensure we get the transition right, and we're not converting existing V6 accounts to Cloud V7 just yet. While we don't have an ETA for you right now, we’ll be in touch when your account is eligible for the update.
