Notifications drop down not showing unread comments

I'm on Invision V7 and for the last few weeks I haven't be able to see unread comments in the notifications drop down. It shows the number of unread comments on the bell but when I click into it, it shows no unread comments. To see the comments I have to go into my email and be directed to the screen from there.

So that we can forward this on to our Support team for further troubleshooting, I'd like to gather some more information on this issue. 

  • If you're comfortable/able to share here, could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing this issue occurring?
  • Does this issue continue in a private/incognito window, or a different browser?
  • Could you please confirm your browser and OS details by going to www.whatsmybrowser.org, clicking the “Copy” button, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply?
