NaN zoom on my Freehand board

Hello, it's basically exactly as the title says. I cannot reset my zoom and I cannot see my board. I found a similar bug for someone else but they were on ipad. I'm on a desktop on Chrome browser. It happens in incognito and Firefox is having other issues. 

Is there a way for me to reset my view? Basically the board is broken for me.

Thanks for reaching out to InVision Support today! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some difficulties, but I'll be happy to troubleshoot this with you. 

To get a better idea of what's happening on your end, I'd like to gather some more information. 

  • Are you able to restore your Freehand by reverting to an earlier version
    Version history in Freehand documents
  • If you access the Freehand via a private/incognito window, or a different browser does it load successfully?
  • Could you please confirm your browser and OS details by going to, clicking the “Copy” button, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply?
  • Could you please send through a link to the affected Freehand

This information will help us dig into this issue further. Looking forward to your reply!

Hello, sorry I didn't see this until today. 

I also want to point out I came back from the weekend and tried it and now the problem is fixed. I logged in and zoom was 11 percent. I'm not sure if you guys did anything or if it just reset but that's where I'm at now. I will be more than happy to get a ticket up if it happens again. Here is the requested information anyway in case you guys log it somewhere. 

- I had looked at reverting to an earlier version and was obviously reluctant to. (Definitely should look into a "Reset View" button even without this bug) 
- It would happen in firefox and chrome incognito. Made no difference. 

-  (I typically use a user agent switcher to make me appear on windows 10.)

- I could create a ticket with the affected freehand, it isn't anything special but could not make it public.
