Question about accounts

Hi folks, I was invited to a client's project to collaborate on their prototype as a developer a while ago, I'm still likely to need access to their prototype in the future. I created an account using my business email address at the time.

I would like to use InVision for my own project using the same account. I've never used InVision from a designer's point of view before so this is something I'd like to trial before I consider purchasing a plan.

However when I sign in I see wording which implies that my client's prototype counts as my prototype, i.e. the free account won't allow me to create a new prototype for this correct? Is my account intrinsically linked to my client, or can my account be linked to multiple clients, and I can just switch between each 'workspace'?

Thanks for getting in touch! I'll be happy to help with this. 

The Cloud V6 Free plan allows for one active prototype at a time, however, this only applies to prototypes that you own. Any prototypes that you've been added to as a collaborator but are owned by another user will not count towards your account's project count, and will be subject the project limits of the owner's account. 

So, if you're collaborating on another user's prototype, you should still have space within your account to create at least one of your own prototypes. 

If you're having trouble with this, or think you might be encountering an over-quota message in error, please get back to us and expand on this. Feel free to include additional details such as screenshots of any error messages etc.
