Hi Aniruddha,

Thanks for getting in touch via our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Craft.

Looking at you screenshots, it doesn't appear that you have Sketch installed. Craft requires that Sketch or Photoshop be installed, and without these Craft is not usable.

Could you please confirm whether you have Sketch installed on your machine? If so, could you please confirm which version you're running?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Best,
Raynor

Hi! I'm having the same issue. I have Sketch installed on my computer. The latest version:

I've downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded Craft several times. Tried several other ways, without success.

Hi Joe,

Sorry to hear you're running into this trouble too!

As Mali mentioned, I would recommend starting with a deep uninstall/reinstall of Craft.

If you're still running into trouble, please let us know your OS and Sketch version numbers, and share a screenshot of your issue.

Best,

Camille

Hello All,

Thanks a lot for your prompt response and I could install the Craft on my machine as per the steps given above.

I suppose the main confusion here is - many of the tutorial videos as well as the documentation is showing that once the Craft plugin is installed, we are supposed to get a button on the Craft menu to install Craft there itself. Something like this -

This is the page - https://support.invisionapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000635726-Craft-Manager

Please check and see if these screenshots can be changed as per the latest version so that the newcomer will not have the confusion anymore.

Hi Aniruddha,

My apologies for the confusion here!

We've checked on our end and these Sketch/Photoshop installation prompts do still appear on a new download of Craft.

Once installed, you'll be able to see toggles for each plugin per application within the Tools menu within the Craft window, as shown below:

If you're able to see this window, your plugin is installed successfully.

If you're having any troubles with Craft, please do let us know and we'd be glad to investigate for you.

Best,

Camille
