Screen keeps disappearing

Hello, 

The first in my set disappears every time I refresh. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks for writing in today!

Would you mind giving us a few additional details, so we can better understand what might be going wrong here?

  • What are the names of some of the affected prototypes?
  • What browser and operating system are you using? You can get these details by going to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.
  • Does this behavior continue if you access your projects in an incognito window? How about with an alternate browser?
  • Could you provide a screen recording or some screenshots showing what’s going wrong?
  • Does this occur on all projects, or only some?

I realise you were probably hoping for more answers than questions, but this information will help us figure out what is going on. We will standby for your reply and from there we will troubleshoot further.
