I cannot upload specific new mockups in Invision

In the last few days, I am trying to upload new mockups to an Invision project and I can't. I can only update existing mockups. The Craft says that the new artboards have been uploaded but they didn't. I have the latest version to sketch, craft, and Mac OS.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having some Craft difficulties, but I'll be happy to troubleshoot this with you. 

To get a better idea of what's happening on your end, I'd like to gather some more information. 

  • If you're comfortable/able to share here, could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing this issue occurring, especially of any error messages you might see?
  • I realize that you've said that you're using the latest versions, but could you please confirm the actual version numbers for Craft and Sketch
  • Do your updates display correctly if you access these projects via a private/incognito window, or a different browser?
  • Could you please confirm your browser and OS details by going to www.whatsmybrowser.org, clicking the “Copy” button, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply?
