Transparent areas filled with color when setting Fixed Header and Fixed Footer

Not sure what exactly is going on, or if there's away around this. I'm trying to set my fixed header and footer to have floating elements but the transparent areas are filled with color so some of my elements are indistinguishable when fully scrolled.

In XD, I've removed the background on my artboard so there is transparency behind them. I've set the header/footer correctly. But when fully scrolled in either direction, the transparent areas are filled with the same blue color as my header bar and footer bar.

How do I have the floating elements remain without the transparent areas being filled?

I've attached the original PNG and some screenshots for reference.

I just check as well, and it appears correctly when viewing in the Invision App on iOS. So it appears it's just a desktop bug? Attached screenshot from my iPhone.
