Can't select any prototype nor create a new one (serverError)

Hi,

if I want to publish to Invision, I can't select an existing prototype nor create a new one. I can’t see any prototype I created. If I want to create a new prototype I get the message „serverError“. I am using MAC OS Big Sure, Sketch newest Version 71.2 and Craft latest Version 1.0.110.

Hello,

I have a similar issue but on Windows. I have installed the Craft extension in Photoshop but I can't select or create any prototype because the dropdown dessapears on click. I don't get any error message.

Photoshop 21.2.4 // Windows 10 Pro: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz 32,0 GB RAM

Any suggestion?

Hi,

try to sign out in Craft and then sign in again. That finally worked for me.

Thanks for getting in touch today! 

Could you please try the following sign in process and let me know if this resolves the issue for you? 

  1. Please log out of Craft first
  2. Go to sign in again, but instead of entering your email and password, please select the "Enterprise sign-in" option.

  3. In the "team_domain" field, please enter your team subdomain and click "Continue" 

  4. Then, enter your email and password normally.

Hi,

Thanks for your answers. I tried everything you suggested, log in and out as a regular user: the widget isn't showing any prototype created on advance and asks to create a new one, but the "select account" dropdown dissapears on click. Also tried the enterprise log in, but I don't have one, so of course the widget s not working. I also reinstalled the extension, but same issue. And finally, tried downloading the desktop app to try a different option, but it won't start downloading from the site. In all, I don't think this product is suitable for windows at all... Has anyone ever got this extension working on windows 10 and photoshop 2020? Thank you
