Something went wrong . Please try again. If the problem persists, try signing out and in again

Hello everyone,

I'm new to Invision Studio and I recently tried to publish my test work to display it on a browser.

I get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again. If the problem persists, try signing out and in again"

I use Invision Studio for windows, version 1.28.2.

If you have any idea of why  this is happening, please let me now in the comments

Thanks for reaching out to our Community, though I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Studio. 

To help our Support team troubleshoot this with you further, could you please provide some further details:

  • If you're able to share here, could you please provide some screenshots or recording of the issue occurring, particularly of the "Something went wrong" error.
  • Just to confirm, have you tried signing out of Studio completely and signing back in? Did the issue persist afterwards?
  • Which version of macOS or Windows are you running?
  • If you copy and paste your artboards to a new Studio file, does the "Something went wrong" error still occur?

Thanks for replying,

 

Here is a screen from my Artwork preview.

I tried to quit Studio and come back but it didn't work.

I tried to copy/paste my artwork in another file project still doesn't work.

I use Windows 10 enterprise and because I use Studio for my work.

Maybe there is a proxy issue, I really don't know what's going on .
