Adding user under Professional account

Hi,

I have a paid professional account and I'm really struggling to figure out where I can add another user (specifically an admin to handle the billing side). Support is horrible, the chat is useless and it tells me that support is reserved for paid plans. I pay $264 a year and this is borderline unacceptable. 

Any help/clarity is appreciated.

To add some clarification for future readers of this thread, the Cloud V6 Professional plan is a single user subscription, so it's not possible to add other users to the account. However, you are able to add as many collaborators as you like to your projects.

Adding another user to a consumer plan for administrational/billing purposes is a potential feature request that our Product team are tracking, so if you'd like this too, please don't hesitate to let us know and we'll add your vote.
