I cannot upload images

Hello everyone! I am writing here because I have an issue and I was wondering if someone could help me.

I am trying to make a prototype and when I upload a JPG or PNG file, it will appear "Try uploading again". I have tried to change browser, to clear the cache, to drag the file or just to pick it up from the desktop, the size is ok but it keeps saying the same. How can I fix the problem?

thank you so much!

Hi,

I have the same issue. Upload .png. doesn't work: "try uploading again" is the frustrating answer.

Could you please help?

Hi everyone,

I have a general update regarding similar issues to this.

Some users experiencing these upload issues found that anti-virus software (Kaspersky in particular) was blocking their uploads. If your uploads are also failing, this might be a factor to consider.

If anyone else is experiencing this issue, please submit a support request to report the issue you’re encountering.

Thanks!

Best,
Raynor

Hi Felicio,

Thanks for getting in touch via our Community!

It sounds like you may have been encountering a disruption that has since been resolved.

For additional context, these issues occurred as a result of the wider Amazon Web Service (AWS) outage. For more details related to the AWS outage, please see the AWS status page https://status.aws.amazon.com/. The AWS team have resolved the issues on their end. Our engineers have been monitoring our services closely since and we're pleased to confirm that we're not seeing any further problems.

Any previously uploaded data should now appear as expected - if you're running into any further trouble or errors, please try clearing your InVision related cookies and cache and re-try any actions that failed previously.

We want to make sure everything is fully working as intended now, so please don't hesitate to submit a support request  if you have any questions or lingering issues with this.

Thanks, Felicio!

Best,
Raynor
