Craft logout

From last few week I'm facing issue with craft like each & every time when I trying to update artboard from Sketch he asking me to login...

Hi all,

I hope this note finds everyone well. I wanted to follow up regarding the issue you were experiencing where Craft was signing our users during syncing.

We're happy to announce that our Engineers were able to get that issue fixed and you should not expect to encounter it any longer. When you have a moment, please try syncing your prototype to find that your sync functions as normal.

If you're still having trouble, please do let us know. Otherwise, thanks for your patience while we worked to fix this issue.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Craft, but we'll be happy to help with this. 

To that end, I'd like gather some further information to pass onto the Support team.

  • Could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing this issue occurring, especially of any error messages you might see?
  • After you've captured any screenshots/recordings of the issue, could you please try clearing the cache and cookies from your default browser, and confirm whether you're able to log in and sync successfully afterwards? Instructions for this are here: How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
  • Which versions of Craft and Sketch are you running? And which version of macOS are you running?

Hi, same here. It's really frustrating. Everytime, the Craft plugin log me out from my Invision account, and I have to sign in through the webpage and then it's logged in proprerly. 

Log out appears after a few secondes / minutes. 

 

Craft and Sketch are up to date. MacOS version: 11.2.3, Intel based.

I'm sorry to hear that you've also been encountering an issue with being signed out of Craft repeatedly. I know how frustrating that would be!

Just to rule it out first, could you please try clearing the cache and cookies from your default browser, and see if that resolves the issue? Instructions for this are here: How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?

We've had instances of similar issues that were resolved by clearing the cache and cookies. Please let us know how you get on with this!

My team and I have also been experiencing this issue for the last few weeks, with increasing frequency. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies but it only solved the problem for a few hours. 

I'm on Sketch v71, Craft 1.0.108. Mac OS Catalina v10.15.5. It was affecting me on earlier version of Sketch as well.

Grateful for any suggestions :)

I'm sorry to hear that clearing your cache and cookies hasn't consistently resolved sign-out issue for you.

Instances of similar issues have been resolved by clearing the cache and cookies from your default browser. Instructions for this are here: How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
