Project is over the owner's project quota

I can not open designs in 2 projects that are shared with me any more:
https://invis.io/SDT6BXVMKE2
https://invis.io/5BT4SP49QW4

If I access the public link, I get a message:
"Over quota! This share link cannot be viewed because this account is over quota. Reach out to the prototype owner for more information."

If I go to the project as a logged in user as oksana.skotar.ext @ hotelbb.com (without spaces), on click on a design in the project, I see a message:
"Sorry... Unfortunately, this project is over the owner's project quota."

Other my colleagues can access these projects as before.
I can see other projects of other owners without this problem.

What is the reason of this blocking?

I have same problem. Don't understand why this happened. Everything was fine a few days ago and nothing additional was done. Following this.

Hi Oksana and Marina,

Thanks for getting in touch via our Community! I'll be happy to help with this.

The error message saying "Over quota! This share link cannot be viewed because this account is over quota. Reach out to the prototype owner for more information." is displayed when the owner of that prototype has exceeded their project limit.

For example, the Free plan allows for one active prototype at a time. If they exceed this, the additional prototypes will become locked.

In order to gain access to this prototype again, you will need to reach out to the owner of it, and have them either archive their additional prototypes to bring the account back under the limit, or upgrade their plan to increase the limit.

I hope that addresses your query and clarifies this message, but please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Best,
Raynor
