Exporting artboards via craft prompts Sign In every single time

Every time I try to export an Art board to an existing project on invision, it requires me to Sign In to craft.

Hi all,

I hope this note finds everyone well. I wanted to follow up regarding the issue you were experiencing where Craft was signing our users during syncing.

We're happy to announce that our Engineers were able to get that issue fixed and you should not expect to encounter it any longer. When you have a moment, please try syncing your prototype to find that your sync functions as normal.

If you're still having trouble, please do let us know. Otherwise, thanks for your patience while we worked to fix this issue.

Same as well, It's so annoying and inconvenient.

Today, even worst! It's not working at all.

Thanks for reaching out to our Community! I can certainly understand how frustrating this would be, and we'll be happy to look into this. 

As a first step, reports of similar issues to this have been resolved by clearing the cache and cookies of your default browser. 

Could you please try clearing the cache and cookies and confirm whether you're able to log in and sync successfully afterwards? Instructions for this are here: How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?

If this doesn't resolve the issue, could you please provide the following details and we'll be happy to pass this on to our Support team to assist you with this further on ticket: 

  • Could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing this issue occurring, especially of any error messages you might see?
  • Which versions of Craft and Sketch are you using (if you've not already mentioned it)?
  • Could you please include a screenshot of your About This Mac panel panel

Just wanted to update on the issue.
Clearing the cache and cookies did seem to have FIXED IT for me. As I have not faced that problem since doing that.

This worked for me too but it was only a temporary fix as the issue has resurfaced multiple times. I have also followed a guide to remove craft and sketch, ensuring certain files are deleted and reinstalling, only for it to return again.

We have a team of creatives all having the same issues.
