Hi Ziran,

Thanks for reaching out!

Would you be able to share some further details, including screenshots, of what you're seeing when you're uploading your artboards from Photoshop?

Are you dropping your Photoshop file directly into the browser, or are you syncing with the Craft Photoshop plugin?

Once we have those details, we'll be able to investigate further into this issue for you.

Best,

Camille

Hi Camille,

I´m syncing with the Craft Photoshop plugin. Please see the attached Image. There are no layers, only png.

Drag and Drop also doesn´t work. I´m not allowed to upload psd. file, and web design psd files with several artboards are rarely under 10MB.

Hi Ziran,

Thanks for getting back to us!

I haven't been able to replicate to replicate this issue, and with my own projects, sinking artboards from Photoshop via Craft does include the layers.

Could you please confirm that you're clicking into your screens and switching to Inspect mode in order to view the layers?

You can find more information on Inspect mode here: Inspect for Craft Sync - Accessing Inspect

The InVision Cloud web app only supports creating screens via drag and drop for PNG, JPG, or GIF files. It's not possible to upload PSD files this way. If you wanted to manually upload your screens via this method, you would have to export your artboards from Photoshop as individual screens in one of those formats. However, uploading screens in this method does not include any Inspect data such as layers.

More on this here: Manual Screen Uploads

I hope this information is helpful, Ziran! I'll look forward to hearing how you get on with this.

Best,
Raynor

Hi Raynor,

thank you very much. It was very helpful! I didn´t find the "inspect mode", but now I know where I can see the layers.

One more question: Can I add interaction and motion to the layer elements from Photoshop?
or I must rebuild all the layouts somewhere else, for example with Studio?

Cheers,
Ziran

Hi Ziran,

I'm happy to hear that you were able to view the layers of your prototype!

Currently, the Prototype plugin within Craft is only available for Sketch. You'll need to add your interactions within the web app after syncing your screens. You can find more information on this here: Adding Interactive Hotspots to InVision V7 Prototypes

However, adding the Craft Prototype plugin to Photoshop is a potential feature that our Product team is tracking the interest for.

I'll go ahead and open a ticket on your behalf to track your interest for this. Please keep an eye out for an email indicating that we’ve formally tracked your feedback.

Best,
Raynor
