Prototypes Overflow Computer Screen

Using Chrome and Firefox: last week, the web design environment used to adjust to the screen size so that I could see all the assets I am looking at in every menu context. Now I not only have to scroll horizontally, but the home area partially hides the InVision logo and other edge items - like it's falling off the web page. The Set Layout Type doesn't do anything either. Any ideas?

Hi Radu,

We'd like to gather some additional details to assist in troubleshooting this further. Would it be possible to provide the following?

  • What browser and operating system are you using? You can get these details by going to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.
  • Does this behavior continue if you access your projects in an incognito window? How about with an alternate browser?
  • Could you provide a full screen screenshot showing what’s going wrong?
  • Can you confirm that your browser's view is set to 100%
  • Could you include an example share link?

I realise you were probably hoping for more answers than questions, but this information will help us figure out what is going on. We will standby for your reply and from there we will troubleshoot further.

Thanks,
Camille
