Exporting Prototype

Hi there! I prepare my prototype with the Invision Studio desktop version (latest version) in a mac . By the time i want to publish, it says that something went wrong; and suggesting logging out and in again. It doesnt work. Is this due that it is a free account? in the past it used to work really well :( Thanks very much Xose
