Prototype not working in InVision mobile app

I've built a small 3-screen prototype using the latest version of Studio (v1.28.2) for Windows, and the preview and publish process all works great. All animations are smooth. I can view the prototype on my desktop browser (Chrome 87) with no issues, but in the InVision mobile app, it fails to render any thumbnails (all blank white), and when I try to open it, it just refreshes over and over, and eventually gives me the message "Something didn't load correctly. Try refreshing your browser or republishing."

This is on an iPhone XS Max running the latest version of iOS (14.3), and a fresh install of InVision v2.10.5 (663). I have the same issue when viewing the prototype in both Chrome and Safari on this same iPhone.

Any advice on a solution or workaround would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for getting in touch via our Community! We'll be happy to help with troubleshooting this. 

For some first troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying the following and seeing whether this resolves the issue:

  • Sign out of the InVision app and quit, and sign back in.
  • Delete the InVision app and reinstall it from the App Store

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please reply to let us a know, and if you could also include some screenshots and/or a screen recording of the loading/constant refresh issue, and the "Something didn't load correctly" error and we'll dig into this further for you.
