Scroll bars

Hello, I am trying to imitate a scroll bar on this Terms and Conditions page. The idea - Top rectangle with the terms and condition + bottom Back Next remains stationary, the actual T & C s can be scrolled, and it would be nice if we can see the progress by simple scroll bar - Can it be achieved in studio? https://ibb.co/GMDz64Z Many thanks for the Great product and the support
