Studio error at application launch time

When opening studio an error is shown "Boop! Something appears to have gone wrong Check your connection and try again" When I try to sign in a popup flashes for a split second and cannot sign in. Platform: Mac Big Sur 11.1

Hi Julio,

Thanks for getting in touch here in the Community! We'd be happy to help, and I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble. This definitely doesn't sound like expected behavior! When you get a chance, can you please try deleting Studio from your Mac, and download a new copy via https://invisionapp.com/studio to see if that helps? If not, can you share a screenshot showing what exactly is going wrong?
