All text layers are showing Arial instead of their actual font "X". The following information is displayed when editing the text layer.
However, the font is installed. In fact, if I click the font drop-down, I can see it right there. I can't choose it directly (presumably because it's already selected), but if I select a different font, I can then select font X again and it'll all work fine, indicating that the font is indeed installed and successfully read by InVision Studio.
Why's this happening? How can I resolve the issue? I've tried restarting the application and computer, and re-downloading the studio file itself, to no avail.
Thanks, Shoeb.

Hi Shoeb,
Thanks for getting in touch! We'd be happy to help! I apologize for the trouble. When you get a chance, would you mind sharing the following information with us?
- Can you please send a screenshot of the About This Mac overview? (click the Apple icon > About This Mac)
If you're using a Windows machine, we need to see both the “Device specifications” and the “Windows specifications” sections on the “About” page. To grab that info, click the Start (Windows icon) button, and then click Settings > System > About.
- What version of Studio are you using?
- Could you provide a screenshot or two showing what’s going wrong?
Thanks in advance!
Michael
Hi Michael,
- Studio version: 1.28.2, no update available
- Please revise the description in the initial post: InVision IS detecting the font, and I can select it, but any old text instances with that font are showing defaulting to Arial
Screenshots below. Thanks for your prompt response,
Shoeb.
