Share and correct images between professional and client

Hello, I am a graphic designer and would like to use InVision to share the images that my customers have ordered. The goal would be for them to be able to directly annotate these images in a simple and readable way so that they can send me any necessary changes. How can I do this on InVIsion? Thank you very much, Olivier

Hi Oliver!

Thanks for getting in touch. Happy to help! There are a few options you can consider here depending on what exactly you're looking to accomplish.

You can upload your files to a Prototype, and then generate a share link to share with your customers. From here, they would be able to view your screens, and they can also enter comment mode to leave comments on your screens which you would see in real time once they submit their comments. Keep in mind however that they will need to sign up with their own free account in order to comment.

The second option to consider would be to use Freehand. While Freehand doesn't have a comment mode, there are many other features and tools they could use including a draw tool, text tool, reactions etc that could be helpful in gathering feedback.

While you could use our Boards feature, this would not include an option for them to leave comments.

If you have any questions about the above information or if there are any specific functionalities you'd like to see added to InVision, please let us know!
