Getting design tokens into a vue project

I think I may be missing something but I can't seem to get the design tokens from DSM into my vue project a css variables.

I've followed the steps in 'Example script for using DSM Tokens' to no avail (maybe because I'm on Windows 10?).

This seems like a fundamental task that users of DSM would need to perform and I'm surprised there's only one article in the official docs.

Does anyone know of a way that's worked for them?
