I can't upload to Invision, encounter issues when I re-upload the pages.

Craft don't allow me to re-upload the pages that I just have been uploaded ten mins ago. And It shown the message "already uploaded". How can I do when I encounter the issues?

Hi there,

Are you uploading the screens to the same InVision project? Can you please disable "prevent upload of unmodified artboards" option? Click the Craft icon in the MacOS menu bar > Click the cogwheel at the top right and choose Preferences > Sync > Disable "Prevent upload of unmodified artboards" and re-sync to InVision.

Let us know how you go! If you're still experiencing issues, we'll need some further detail to continue investigating:

  • What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.13.3 or Windows 10).
  • What version of Sketch/Photoshop are you using?
  • What version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong?
