Better Refined Search Results in DSM

Search results in DSM could be improved. Pages created under foundations never return any results, and also categories under components section. The search returns alot of noise as it only returns the symbol sketch names. Our users are finding it very difficult to find what they want.

To get a better idea why this is happening, could you provide the following information:

  • Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong when searching?
  • Does this happen in a private/incognito browsing window?
  • What about in a different browser?

Hello Mike, thanks for your reply. As described, the issue is pages under foundations page and components are not 'searchable'. Attaching 2 screenshots, showing the search input and page label name in the sidebar.

  1. I search for the logo page but only an icon with a name containing Logo returns, but not the page in sidebar.
  2. I search for spaci and the spacing page does not even return in the search.

This seems to be a bug in the system where only the imported sketch symbols return as results in the search list.
