InVision Specs Not Working

InVision specs mode isn't opening anything, from either InVision login or from Craft sync. When I click on the specs project, it just goes to a blank white screen. any ideas?

Sorry to hear you're running into some troubles with Specs!

We'd like to gather some additional details to assist in troubleshooting this further. Would it be possible to provide the following?

  • What browser and operating system are you using? You can get these details by going to, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.
  • Does this behavior continue if you access your Spec in an incognito window? How about with an alternate browser?
  • What version of Sketch and version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Could you provide a screenshot/screencast showing what’s going wrong?

I know this is a frustrating problem to come across, but this information will be valuable in helping us troubleshoot this for you.

Specs is not working at all. I too see nothing but a blank page with the InVision logo in the top left corner.

  • I'm using Google Chrome 88.
  • Craft version 1.1.103
  • Sketch version 70.3

I published a Spec via the Craft Sync in Sketch and then created another one from a set of prototype screens in InVision and both methods had the same result.
