opens and publishes EXTREMELY slow.

I use craft to upload my sketch files onto invision. It takes about a minute for the upload screen to open (sometimes more), then another 5 minutes for it to publish onto invision. The worst has been 30 minutes altogether. I do work with large files sometimes, so it's understandable there would be some slowness to it, but this seems overkill. Even updating one thing on an artboard can take this long. Some of the things i've tried so far - checking latest updates, restarting sketch, restarting comp, closing chrome and clearing cache. Is there anything else I can try or is there something I am missing? Appreciate the help!

I am having the same issues. For me, uploading screens would work efficiently for about twenty minutes after a computer restart and then it would be slow or impossible to upload screens. Not only would they be slow to upload, but I would be automatically signed out of Craft 4 out of 5 times I attempted an upload. I did this about five times yesterday to get any work uploaded. I also checked for updates, cleared by cache/cookies, restarted sketch - same as tiffany.jen.

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're both experiencing issues syncing your prototype with Craft. 

To get a better idea of what’s happening on your end, I’d like to ask for a few more details:

  • What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.13.3 or Windows 10).
  • What version of Sketch/Photoshop and version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Also, could you provide a screencast or a couple screenshots showing the trouble syncing?
