Synchronization on craft to invision and Zeplin doesn't work

The synchronization on craft doesn't work anymore. It puts me "synchronized 2 seconds ago" but nothing updates on Invision. I have the message "already uploading" displayed or "29 artboards synced with some errors. Inspect data will continue uploading in the background" now I don't have the little sync wheel anymore. The synchronization on Zeplin is not done either. Have you already had the problem? Have you found solutions?

Hi, 

I had the same problem. 

I think Craft manager didn't wanted to update, even when i clicked on the call to action 'update'.
When i restarted my computer Craft was updated and i could sync my screens back to to Invision. 

Perhaps this could be useful if you have not yet solved the problem.

Thanks for reaching out today, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues syncing your prototype with Craft. 

To get a better idea of what’s happening on your end, I’d like to ask for a few more details:

  • What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.13.3 or Windows 10).
  • What version of Sketch/Photoshop and version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Also, could you provide a couple screenshots showing the error you're seeing when the sync fails?
