Why isn't inspect working on InVision?

When I upload to InVision using Craft I get an error message. Then when I click to inspect a page appears that says: 'Publish direct from your design tool to use Inspect. Inspect makes your designs actionable for development. Developers can get precise measurements, copy CSS snippets, download assets and more.' I am on a company account and earlier that day inspect was working for a different project. TIA

Hi Anouska and Kathie,

Thank you both for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues viewing Inspect data when syncing your prototype with Craft.

To get a better idea of what’s happening on your end, I’d like to ask for a few more details:

  • What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.13.3 or Windows 10).
  • What version of Sketch/Photoshop are you using?
  • What version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong, and of the sync error you see?

I'm sorry that I don't have anything more specific right away, this is probably not what you were hoping for. However you can rest assured that I'll do my best to get you back up and running.
