Collaborating in Freehand is not accessible to all partners

I am planning a workshop in Freehand and have a partner who will be participating that is blind. Freehand is not an accessible tool. Does anyone have any ideas for how we can adapt our workshop to be sure we are actively including our partner who is vision impaired?
