all my projects are gone

While editing some info to one of my projects I got a "woop, something went wrong" message and then when I refreshed all my projects are gone, even those I have not worked on.

 

What can I do ?!

Hello.

Try to Sign out from Invision board and after that Sign in again.

Hi Shai,

So sorry to hear you're unable to view your projects, we definitely understand how distressing that would be!

At this point, I would like to collect some more information in order to investigate why this is happening:

  • What are the names of some of the affected prototypes?
  • What browser and operating system are you using? You can get these details by going to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.
  • Does this behavior continue if you access your account in an incognito window? How about with an alternate browser?
  • Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong?

all my projects have gone except a few. I haven't used my Invision corporate account for some time now. But I came back as I had to demo some past projects to the client and those prototypes have disappeared!!! Please help!!! I also wanted to put them on my portfolio and this month of hard work just vanished!!!
