craft sync does not work with photoshop

Hello

I just started using craft with invision using photoshop

If I try to sync my artboards from photoshop to invision nothing happends it just keeps going 

this is the screen I have:

can someone help me? my photoshop and craft are both up to date

Thanks for reaching out today, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues syncing your prototype with Craft.

To get a better idea of what’s happening on your end, I’d like to ask for a few more details:

  • What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.13.3 or Windows 10).
  • What version of Sketch/Photoshop are you using?
  • What version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Are you having issues syncing just one particular file or are you experiencing issues on multiple files?
  • If possible, would you be able to try connecting to a different network and then attempt to sync again?

I realise you were probably hoping for more answers than questions, but this information will help us figure out what is going on. We will standby for your reply and from there we will troubleshoot further.

I have the same problem 

mac os 10.14.6

photoshop 2021 22.0.0

most up-to-date craft

cant sync anything

Hello,

I'm having the same issues here. Craft seems to be working all fine, but it just won't sync from Photoshop with my InVision account. I've uninstalled the PS extension many times, but it has made no difference.

 

System and Software versions:

Mac OS Catalina - 10.15.7

Photoshop - latest version (2021 - (22.2.0)

Craft - latest version (1.0.103)

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
