Prototypes not showing on Photoshop Sync Plugin since update

Hi! Since the update I can't see any project on my Sync Plugin. I was working perfectly fine with the plugin, uploading PSDs etc, but now when opening the "Create or select a prototype" dropdown, I see it empty. There's no plugin update either.

My client manages the prototypes via web, so I used to see all the prototypes he created. Does he has to grant me permissions again, or change any settings to share the prototypes with me again?

Hi Alejandro,

I'm sorry to hear that you're no longer able to access projects in Craft in Photoshop!

We'd like to gather some additional details to assist in troubleshooting this further. Would it be possible to provide the following?

  • What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.13.3 or Windows 10).
  • What version of Photoshop are you using?
  • What version of the Craft plugins are you using?
  • Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong?
  • If you sign out of Craft in Photoshop, then sign back in with the Enterprise log in option, are you able to view your projects successfully?

I know this is a frustrating problem to come across, but this information will be valuable in helping us troubleshoot this for you.
