How do you know when you've reached your "limit"?

I am seeing some odd behavior in InVision this week. I have an individual (non-enterprise) license and am wondering if I am at or near my 'limit' in terms of storage. I am redesigning an entire application, and simultaneously the company is showing progress to clients - all of using the same, large, clickable mockup. Perhaps it is just getting too big? Anyway, I saw there were upload limits but not sure how to see the total storage size for my account.
