Truncation in numbers on Windows 10 Chrome

I see top & bottom of numbers are truncated when InVision Cloud is used in Google Chrome running on Windows 10.  Is it a known issue?  The problem does not occur in Chrome on MacOS.

BTW there's no problem in Firefox running on Windows 10.  Probably it's an issue of the rendering engine of Chrome on Windows 10.

Hi Tami,

Thanks for reaching out to let us know of this issue!

We'd like to gather some additional details to assist in troubleshooting this further. Would it be possible to provide the following?

  • What version of Chrome are you using? You can get these details by going to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.
  • Does this behavior continue if you access your projects in an incognito window?
  • Could you provide a full screenshot showing what’s going wrong? Having the additional context of where on InVision you're seeing this error would be helpful.
  • Could you include an example share link to this project, if possible?

Look forward to hearing back.

Thanks,
Camille

Camille, Thanks for your reply.  Following are responses to your questions:

1. The link obtained at  http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/
https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/b/9IEL5

2. Yes, it occurs in an incognito window as well.

3. The full screenshot is attached.  As I described there, I found (1) if font size is very large, the truncation does not occur, and (2) if the string contains characters with more 'ascent' (height from the font baseline) and `descent`(height below the font baseline), the truncation does not occur in that case either.

4. The link to that page is --> https://tamitakamiya514244.invisionapp.com/freehand/Windows-font-ZBtv9eBz6
